2. Press the MODE switch knob on the upper right side of the combination meter until “”TRIP A”” is shown and then turn the ignition off.”

Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
Immediately after Step 1 press and release the gas pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. If the CHANGE OIL indicator flashes, the system is resetting.
Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

Without Driver Information Centre:
Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
Immediately after Step 1 press and release the gas pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. If the CHANGE OIL SOON indicator flashes 2 times, the system is resetting.
Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
To reset the oil life monitor, press and hold the MODE button until the light appears next to Oil Life.
Press and hold the trip RESET button unitl the oil life % changes to 99%.
Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
2000-2002
Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
Immediately after Step 1 press and release the gas pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. If the CHANGE ENG OIL light flashes, the system is resetting.
