How to reset service light on a Skoda Superb

1) key in OFF position,

2) press and hold right button on the dashboard,

3) turn key in ON position,

4) release right button

5) turn the left button on the dashboard in a right direction

Try this.

Switch on the ignition.

Press the left hand button on the clocks and hold it in while switching off the ignition.

Release the button and you should be able to toggle between the oil, insp1 and insp2 indicators.

Choose the one you want to reset.

On the right hand side of the clocks there is two buttons.

Press and hold the bottom button with a biro and hold it until the display is reset.

How do you reset the OIL service light indicator for a VW Eos

1. Insert the key into the ignition but leave the ignition turned off.

2. Press and hold the trip odometer reset button.

3. Turn the ignition to ON.

4. Press and release the MIN clock adjustment button.

5. Release the trip odometer reset button when the oil change light resets.

Reset the Service Indicator Light on a Fiat Grande Punto

1. Turn the ignition switch to the “On” position without starting the engine.

2. Press the odometer reset button repeatedly until the total mileage is displayed.

3. Turn the ignition switch to “Off.”

4. Press and hold the trip odometer reset button.

5. Turn the ignition switch to “On.” Do not start the engine.

6. Release the trip odometer reset button after the service display counts down from 10 to 0 and the service light resets.

Service reset for 2007 Fiat Ducato

Switch Ign on (do not start engine)
Set Odometer to read total miles.
Press Odometer Button (OB) until CFG1 appears in display
Release the OB.
Pressing the OB briefly will change between CFG1, CFG2, CFG3, CFG1
Once you have selected the CFG (see below).
Press the OB again for 5secs to store the new service frequency.
Turn off the ignition.

I selected CFG1 for my vehicle (05 Reg 2.8JTD), but you must decide yourself for your vehicle, should take 5mins to read this and carry out the resetting procedure

Note: If your vehicle is under warranty and you take it to be serviced by a Fiat dealer they will do this as part of the service.

CFG1 = 30000km (18,600mi) and 365 days in cases of Standard Use for 2.0 petrol and 2.8JTD versions, or in the case of Severe Use for the 2.3JTD versions.

CFG2 = 20000km (12,500mi) and 365 days in case of Standard Use for 2.0JTD versions, or in case of severe use for 2.0 petrol and 2.8JTD versions

CFG3 = 15000km (9,300mi) and 365 days in case of Severe Use for 2.0JTD versions
